Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking your appointment

Please be on time for your appointment, arriving late will deprive you of precious treatment time as your appointment will still need to end at the scheduled time.  Please arrive a maximum of 5 minutes before your appointment time. You will receive a confirmation email upon booking your appointment with a link to a consultation form, please complete this prior to your appointment.

All treatment times are approximate and include consultation and preparation time.

Please advise us if you are pregnant when making your appointment.  Appointments can be adapted for pregnancy but can only be performed after 12 weeks.

Please advise us of any long term medical conditions so we can ensure your chosen treatment is suitable.  In some cases we may require permission from your GP or Consultant.

There is a private car park available for two hours free parking only.  Please advise us (on the day) if you use the facilities for longer than this and we can ensure you don’t receive a parking fine.  Please note that this is only available for the Marton Estates Car Park directly outside of our premises, not the car park over the road at Marton Shops.

Access to The Therapy Centre is via the first floor entrance lobby to the right hand side of Greggs, you will find us at the top of the stairs.  There is a lift available for your convenience. We operate strictly by appointment only for all treatments, product and gift certificate purchases, please arrive a maximum of 5 minutes before your treatment time. If you wish to purchase Gift Certificates or products you can book a shopping only appointment or shop through our online shop

Cancellation Policy

If you would like to change or cancel your appointment we require 48 hours notice or at the very least 24 hours notice in exceptional circumstances  This means that another client may be given the opportunity of your treatment time and helps us to ensure the viability of our business.  If you fail to give us adequate notice on more than one occasion you will be required to pay in full upon booking all future appointments.  (This can be completed over the telephone for your convenience or we can email you a payment link) Cancellation fees may also be incurred.

Payment in full will be required for treatments over the value of £50 and limited edition promotions.

If you fail to give us notice where you have paid a deposit or paid in full, the payment will be retained for lost business and will not be transferred.

For bookings for Gift Certificates, if you fail to give us adequate notice of cancellation then your Gift Certificate will be forfeited.

Booking fees for special events are non refundable.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or goods.  (Except for Dermalogica Gift Certificates where products can be redeemed).

Gift Certificates are valid for six months only from date of purchase.

Gift Certificates are sold for individual treatments only; if you wish to change your treatment please inform us when you make your appointment.  Upgrades are available and the difference will need to be paid for in full at the time of treatment.  Refunds will not be offered if the alternative chosen treatment is of a lesser value than that stated on the Gift Certificate.  Gift Certificates cannot be spilt into lesser treatment, i.e. 60 minutes spilt into two 30 minute treatments etc unless the difference in cost is paid upon booking.

Please look after your Gift Certificate as lost Gift Certificates cannot be replaced or refunded.

For bookings for Gift Certificates, if you fail to give us adequate notice of cancellation then the value of your Gift Certificate will be forfeited.
