Booking Your Appointment

Appointments can be booked using our online booking system.

For Gift Card bookings please use the booking system to check availability and then contact us to book the appointment for you (as the booking system requires payment) You can contact us by telephone or send us a WhatsApp message to our landline number.  We will send you a confirmation email with further information about your appointment.

Please be on time for your appointment, arriving late will deprive you of precious treatment time as your appointment will still need to end at the scheduled time. Please arrive a maximum of 5 minutes before your appointment time and reception will be available, our door is locked whilst we are treating clients.

You will receive a confirmation email upon booking your appointment with a link to a consultation form, please complete this prior to your appointment.

All treatment times are approximate and include consultation and preparation time.

Please advise us if you are pregnant when making your appointment. Appointments can be adapted for pregnancy but can only be performed after 12 weeks.

Please advise us of any long term medical conditions so we can ensure your chosen treatment is suitable. In some cases we may require permission from your GP or Consultant.

There is a private car park available for two hours free parking only, after this there is a fee payable of £1 per hour – further details are displayed in the car park. Please note that this is only available for the Marton Estates Car Park directly outside of our premises, not the car park over the road at Marton Shops which can only be used for a maximum of 2 hours.

Access to The Therapy Centre is via the first floor entrance lobby to the right hand side of Greggs, you will find us at the top of the stairs. There is a lift available for your convenience. We operate strictly by appointment only for all treatments, product and gift card purchases, please arrive a maximum of 5 minutes before your treatment time. If you wish to purchase Gift Cards or products you can purchase online through our webshop or please contact us and we can arrange a time for you to call in.

Cancellation Policy

If you would like to change or cancel your appointment we require an absolute minimum of 48 HOURS NOTICE. This means that another client on our waiting list can be given the opportunity of your treatment time and helps us to ensure the viability of our business.

The full cost of the booked treatment will be CHARGED before another appointment can be booked, if you have prepaid for your appointment or paid a booking fee this will be retained for lost business unless 48 HOURS NOTICE is received. For Gift Card bookings the value of your Gift Card will be forfeited.

Event booking fees are non refundable or transferable under any circumstances.

You will be required to pay in full prior to booking any future appointments if you fail to give us notice or don’t attend your appointment. We have this policy in place to protect our small business.

Payment in full will be required for treatments over the value of £50 and limited edition promotions.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift Cards are valid for six months only from date of purchase.

If you wish to change your treatment from what is stated on the Gift Card please inform us when you make your appointment. Upgrades are available and the difference will need to be paid for in full at the time of treatment. Refunds will not be offered if the alternative chosen treatment is of a lesser value than that stated on the Gift Certificate. Gift Certificates cannot be spilt into lesser treatment, i.e. 60 minutes spilt into two 30 minute treatments etc unless the difference in cost is paid upon booking.

Please look after your Gift Card as lost Gift Cards cannot be replaced, redeemed or refunded.

For bookings for Gift Cards, if you fail to give us 48 hours notice of cancellation then the value of your Gift Card will be forfeited.
