Access to The Therapy Centre is via the ground floor lobby to the first floor situated in between William Hill and Greggs. We operate strictly by appointment only for all treatments, products and Gift Certificate purchases. Please arrive a maximum of 5 minutes before your treatment time to avoid disturbing other clients who are enjoying their treatments and to ensure your Therapist is available on reception to greet you.
There is a private car park available for two hours free parking. Please advise us (on the day) if you use the facilities for longer than this and we can ensure you don’t receive a parking fine. Please note that this is only available for the Marton Estates Car Park directly outside of our premises, not the car park over the road at Marton Shops.
All treatment times are approximate and include consultation and preparation time.
A booking fee of 50% or payment in full will be required for treatments over the value of £60 and limited edition promotions.
Please advise us if you are pregnant when making your appointment. Appointments can be adapted for pregnancy but can only be performed after 12 weeks.
Please advise us of any long term medical conditions or if you are currently receiving medical treatment so we can ensure your treatment will be suitable.
We ask clients to switch off mobile phones to keep our environment soothing and relaxing.
If you cannot make an appointment we request that you give us 48 hours notice or as an absolute minimum 24 hours. This means that another client may be given the opportunity of your treatment time and helps us to ensure the viability of our business. If you fail to give us adequate notice on more than one occasion you will be required to pay in full upon booking all future appointments and will incur a cancellation fee. (This can be completed over the telephone for your convenience or we can email you a payment link)
If you fail to give us notice (or fail to show up for your appointment) where you have paid a booking fee or paid in full, the payment will be retained for lost business and will not be transferred.
For bookings for Gift Certificates, if you fail to give us adequate notice of cancellation then 50% of the value of your Gift Certificate will be forfeited and you will be required to pay this value upon rebooking.
Event booking fees are non refundable and non transferable.
For Loyalty Card treatment bookings, 24 hours notice must be received for cancellations or the Loyalty Card will be lost.
For Skin Club treatment bookings, 24 hours notice must be received for cancellations or the Treatment will be lost.
